Dr. Charlie Wall-Andrews
Dr. Charlie Wall-Andrews, recognized by SPIN Magazine as one of the 25 most influential figures in music in 2025, is a leading force for equity and innovation in the creative industries. At SOCAN Foundation, she spearheads national programs like the TD Creative Entrepreneur Incubator and Equity X Production Program. A Billboard Canada Power Player and recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal, she was also named Change Maker of the Year by Women in Music Canada. An award-winning educator and researcher, Dr. Wall-Andrews is an Assistant Professor at ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥ and serves on boards including the Canada Council for the Arts and Music Canada. Her work, funded by SSHRC and MITACS, addresses systemic challenges in arts and culture. A former Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Scholar, she is committed to building a more inclusive industry, empowering the next generation of artists, and mobilizing a thriving creative ecosystem.
