CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Additional Scheduled Changes

  • Friday, June 18, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    InstantID maintenance.
    User Impact: Onecard office will not be able to print cards during this time.
  • Sunday, June 21, 12:05 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.
    Content 7 maintenance.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
  • Sunday, June 21, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    BPEL application maintenance.
    User Impact: BPEL Application will be down during the maintenance period.  Finance will not be able to exchange information through BPEL services during the BPEL downtime.
  • Thursday, July 2, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
    Updating Tomcat on application servers.
    User Impact: During the upgrade process apps hosted on the hr.apps, ev1.cf, and applications like TAI and RODocs will be unavailable for short periods of time.
