Changes from 06/03/2026 to 06/10/2026

  • Thursday, June 4 Tuesday, June 9, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. - completed
    Updating Content 7.
    User Impact: Content 7 Web Client will be down, as well as scheduled jobs and student uploads. Content 7 Desktop Client will remain up. Registrar's Office is aware and will communicate as needed.
  • Friday, June 5, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - completed
    Updating TMU's Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service, Admin and Web Services will be intermittent during this period.
  • Friday, June 5, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - completed
    Upgrading blog.torontomu website.
    User Impact: The blog.torontomu.ca network will be unavailable briefly (<10 minutes) while the update is completed. Users may experience a brief outage during this time. A full system restart/outage is not required. There should be no impact to the end users during the testing phase.

    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day. 
  • Sunday, June 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - completed
    Upgrading network switches on DSQ - 10th floor (law side).
    User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected at DSQ floor 10 (law side) for network switches upgrade.
  • Sunday, June 7, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - completed
    Upgrading network switches on ARC network.
    User Impact: Network devices will be disconnected on ARC network for network switches upgrade.

Changes from 06/10/2026 to 06/17/2026

  • Thursday, June 11, 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
    Applying assorted fixes and features to Adobe AEM.
    User Impact: AEM author production needs to be restarted between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. won't be affected.
  • Sunday, June 14, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production will remain up and running as no outage will be required.
  • Tuesday, June 16, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 
    Updating ColdFusion servers.
    User Impact: All Coldfusion apps on will be unavailable during this outage.
  • Tuesday, June 16, 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 
    Updating Tomcat.
    User Impact: This change will only impact UPO Dashboard/Report users.
  • Wednesday, June 17, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 
    Updating Tomcat on application servers.
    User Impact: During the upgrade process apps hosted on the hr.apps, ev1.cf, and applications like TAI and RODocs will be unavailable for short periods of time.

    InstantID maintenance.
    User Impact: Onecard office will not be able to print cards during this time.
  • Sunday, June 21, 12:01 a.m. to Monday, June 22, 1:15 a.m. - completed
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
  • Sunday, June 21, 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - rescheduled
    Upgrading ServiceNow.
    User Impact: CCS, HR, CELT and Finance users accessing ServiceNow may experience performance issues during the upgrade.
  • Sunday, June 21, 12:05 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. - completed
    Content 7 maintenance.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window.
  • Sunday, June 21, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - completed
    BPEL application maintenance.
    User Impact: BPEL Application will be down during the maintenance period.  Finance will not be able to exchange information through BPEL services during the BPEL downtime.
