Overview

Dr. Zeinab Noorian is an Associate Professor at Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management at ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Professor at Trent University. Before joining Trent, she has been NSERC Postdoctoral fellow at University of Toronto and a visiting researcher at IBM CAS from Feb 2016 to March 2018. She also has been a sessional lecturer at OntarioTech University from Sep 2018 to April 2019.

Zeinab has been the co-chair of the successful and recurring WIT-EC (Workshop on Incentives and Trust in E-Commerce) since 2012 co-located with prestigious conferences such as AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence, IJCAI (International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence) and EC (Electronic Commerce), and the co-chair of recurring MAISON workshop (Mining Actionable Insight from Social Media) since 2017.

She published over 10 peer-reviewed journal papers and 15 conference papers in top-tier venues such as Knowledge-based systems, Retailing and Consumer Services, JAAMAS (Journal of Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems), JTAER (Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research), Computational Intelligence, AAMAS (Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems), ECAI (European Conference on AI) and HT, among others.
