At the Office of the Ombudsperson at ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥, we are dedicated to upholding the principles of fairness, integrity, and impartiality. Our Ombudsperson plays a crucial role in resolving disputes, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining independence throughout the process.
We are primarly concerned with ensuring that everyone involved in a dispute is treated fairly and that decisions affecting students are made promptly and fairly. Our office has three staff: Ombudsperson Jessica Shabtai, and Assistant Ombudsperson and Outreach Officer Edmun Natkunarajah, and Assistant Ombudsperson Jemmy Erhiaganoma.
