The following resources are intended for the Toronto ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥ community. Current students and alumni, staff and faculty are invited to access, download and use these ThriveTMU materials freely.
For those outside of the Toronto ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥ community, permission to use these resources is granted for individual, not-for-profit use provided that they are not altered, the original workbook citation (Brecher, 2016) is used, and you notify the author at dbrecher@torontomu.ca.
For distribution within your post-secondary institution, for translation, for industry or for-profit use, and for any other purpose, licensing permission must be obtained by contacting the author.
