First year experience (Orientation and transition programming)
Fit for Business (FFB) is a transition program designed for first-year Ted Rogers School of Management students, empowering them with a community and a path to achieve academic, career and personal success.
A transition program for all TMU students. It includes the JumpStart summer program, the Tri-Mentoring program, and workshops and activities for first year students in the first six weeks of your first term.

We offer free tutoring support for many common TRSM courses, appointments with a writing specialist, Compass workshops which help develop study strategies, and much more.

The Business Career Hub (BCH) offers career development opportunities tailored to each student’s individual needs and program specialization. The BCH is home to co-op program support at TRSM.

Thanks to our staff, faculty, alumni and advisory council members who continue to generously give to our Boardroom Bound Fund, financial relief is accessible for our undergraduate Ted Rogers School students.

TRSM has over 30 course unions and special interest student groups. The Student Engagement and Development Office helps student groups function and provide excellent services to TRSM students.
Enables students to be heard as one united voice and to act as a liaison and advocate between commerce students, student groups and the TRSM faculty leadership.

It brings together students, academics and sales professionals to provide a deeper understanding of sales leadership, and to engage students in experiential learning opportunities to help equip them to become sales leaders.
A unique two-year program that brings together dedicated students from all across the faculty. The program provides specialized experiential learning activities aimed at professional and personal development.
